Enjoy an exclusive dining experience in our historic barrel room at Bernardo Winery, March 6th, 2025 at 6pm, with our winemakers.
Begin the evening with a welcome glass of Oro di Bernardo sparkling, followed by passed appetizers paired with Bernardo wines. Then, enjoy seated wine pairings, finishing with a tasty dessert created by our pastry chef and paired with a dessert wine. Treat yourself and a loved one to an intimate and memorable evening with our winemakers!

Progressive appetizer stations, with wine parings:
- 2022 Vincenzo Bianco & Taleggio Arancini – 2022 library chardonnay paired with a twist on traditional Italian street food. Risotto ball stuffed with a taleggio cream, English peas, fennel.
- 2023 Vincenzo Bianco & Burrata & Guava Bruschetta – A vertical tasting of the 2023 Vincenzo Bianco, paired with a fruity, creamy bruschetta. Burrata, estate guava jam, fresh oregano leaves, cherry tomato
- 2024 Fiore & Polpe – grilled octopus with sea salt, olive oil, celery leaf, olive, charred lemon, red onion and endive
Plated Dinner with wine pairings:
- Cauliflower Steak & 2023 Grenache - with pickled beet and parsnip white bean puree
- Shrimp Ravioli & 2023 Syrah - bottarga lemon butter

Dessert and dessert wine pairing:
- Panna Cotta paired with Muscatel - with Estate Green Guava
