Blending has been an integral part throughout the Bernardo Winery winemaking history. This blend style, in particular, was developed by Herman Salerno, our winemaker from 1990 to 2000 at his winery in Ramona. Herman loved the long maceration, hearty extraction and deep, intense wines and his Fantasia was the deepest and most intense bottle he made.
Tasting Notes: blueberry, black olive, green pepper, cassis, cedar.
