33rd Annual Spring Arts & Crafts Fair
Saturday & Sunday, May 8th & 9th, 2010
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Bernardo Winery has earned an excellent reputation as an exceptional fair due to its distinction as an “Artisan Fair”. In a continuing effort to provide the public access to the very best hand-crafted merchandise Bernardo Winery respectfully requests each vendor agree to, and abide by the following rules:
(1) All articles are required to be hand-made by the artisan.
(2) NO WHOLESALE, MANUFACTURED OR IMPORTED MERCHANDISE ALLOWED.
(3) Failure to adhere to our “hand crafted” policy will result in the offending exhibitor being asked to remove the items in question and not being asked to participate in the future.
(4) Spaces will be approximately 10’ x 12’. Fee is $135, larger spaces will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for display tables and shade, if needed. If you need electricity ($25 per outlet) or if you will be using your canopy, please let us know.
(5) You are responsible for collecting appropriate Sales Tax and reporting it to the proper authorities. We are required to have a copy of your California Resale License on file. Bernardo Winery and/or the management of the Fair are expressly released from any and or all liability for loss, injury or damage to person or property that may arise incident to said show.
(6) Bernardo Winery shall limit the number of Artisans in each category thereby making it more enjoyable for the sellers and the buyers.
(7) Set-up must be completed by 9:30 a.m. VENDOR VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED IN DESIGNATED VENDOR PARKING AREAS ONLY. There are NO exceptions. It is important to fellow exhibitors and customers that you remain set-up until 4:00 p.m. Please cooperate! We welcome set-ups on the Friday preceding the fair, during daylight hours only.
Direct advertising and word-of-mouth are the best forms of publicity. Printed flyers are available for your use upon request. Please help promote this event. We will be doing extensive media and internet advertising.

NEW PARTICIPANTS- Please submit website address, email or mail recent photographs of your work and booth set-up. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish your photos to be returned. Do not send payment at this time. If your art or crafts are accepted, an application will be mailed.
